SGT Cade M. Wolfe

160th SOAR
A native of Mankato, Minnesota, Sergeant Cade M. Wolfe died on 10 November 2023 when his MH-60M Black Hawk helicopter crashed in the Mediterranean Sea.
Wolfe enlisted in the Army in 2018 as an UH-60 Black Hawk Repairer. Upon completing initial training, he was assigned to the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade at Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii. Volunteering for service in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, he completed the Regiment’s extensive training and assessment program, Enlisted Green Platoon, in 2022. He deployed with the 160th SOAR to Iraq in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE and completed other deployments in support of national security objectives.
SGT Wolfe was serving as an MH-60M Direct Action Penetrator Crew Chief in Company C, 1st Battalion, 160th SOAR at the time of his death.
